Passionate about jewelry since his childhood, Philippe Ferrandis launched Heliodore in 1986, charming the greatest fashion designers of the time (Ricci, Givenchy, de la Renta, etc).
His eclectic style marries baroque designs with contemporary touches, daringly combining semi-precious and natural materials with crystals and bohemian glass. His unique approach caught the interest of theatre directors early on, who asked him to work on various costumes for prestigious Paris plays throughout the 90s and 2000s: Romeo and Juliet, Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, Mary Stuart, etc.
As a proud recipient of the EPV Label ( a French designation protecting living heritage companies), Philippe Ferrandis has surrounded himself with the best craftsmen and Parisian jewelry school graduates over the years. Available in his 3 stores in Paris, his jewelry is also sold all over the world.
As a child, Philippe developed a passion for jewelry through his discovery of paintings and his grandmother’s antique jewelry. Today, his sources of inspiration are diverse: nature, history, and ancient civilizations often serve as the starting point for his collections. Combining his experience working metals with his intuitive personal style, his jewelry subtly mixes pearls, resins, crystals, and a variety of stones (amethysts, smoky quartz, turquoise, rock crystal, etc).
